Haggadah

The Anachnu Haggdah is a work in progress. We are creating a traditional commentary informed by disability perspectives and the wisdom of the disability community.

The haggaddah is for a world in which we’re out of Egypt, but not yet fully free and not yet able to enter the Promised Land. As Jews and as people with disabilities, we face our past and present degradation, and move into praising God. Our traditions sustain us in living with degradation without being crushed by it, keeping hope and not hanging everything on hope. Even in exile, life is worth living and there is reason to praise God. Watch for the first edition, Pesach 2016.
